is concerned with the way in which
photographic imagery is accepted as being a
"'true'" reflection of the "real-world",
(although increasingly easy to manipulate)
-re-touchable faded meMoRies-
Fusing the mediums of
photography and painting
I place this level of perceived reality
against pictorial representations of
vibration, rhythm and cycle
-the patteRn in the chaos-.
Incorporating techniques from
"graffiti-art" to "action-painting"
I attempt to make
selfportraits
of the spirit rather than the physical body.
